ITB-W-8467 - Mowing of Waste Water Treatment Plant

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Warren is seeking sealed bids for the Mowing and Trimming of grass at the City of Warren Waste Water Treatment Plant, Knapp Street Park, Nine Mile Pump Station and Water Division Properties. The successful bidder must be able to furnish all equipment necessary to perform this “Contract.” DESCRIPTION OF WORK The work contemplated by these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, material and equipment to perform all work required. This work is to be done beginning approximately mid to late April, 2012 through the third week in October, 2012. Should weather conditions prevent these starting and/or ending dates, adjustment can be made with the approval of the City. The City desires to award for a two-year period with the option to renew for one additional year (2014) at the same terms and conditions.
