ITB-W-7584 - Lease of Concession Stand at Community Center

Summary of Specifications:
OThe successful bidder shall operate a deli/café that exists near the library and which serves center members, library patrons and staff. Along with the deli/café operation the bidder shall operate a pool side concession serving members and guests using the pool. The pool concession does not serve hot entrees presently. Primarily it serves soda pop, chips, etc. The successful bidder shall also furnish and maintain a minimum of four (4) coin operated beverage dispensers (“pop machines”) at mutually agreed upon locations within the building. The successful bidder shall also have the option to vend food on the outdoor pool deck/lounge area and outside the soccer grounds during the spring and fall.
