Summary of Specifications:
The City of Warren uses Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to offer rehabilitation loans to low/moderate income owner occupants of single-family homes. If the home to be rehabilitated was built before 1978, lead-based paint hazards must be addressed as part of the rehabilitation work.

At this time, written bids to perform combination lead-based paint hazard risk assessment – lead-based paint inspections at approximately thirty-six (36) single-family homes in the City of Warren, Michigan are being accepted. It is anticipated that approximately twelve (12) requests for combination evaluations will be issued during a one (1) year period and that each request will be for services at three (3) separate homes.
