Summary of Specifications:
The City of Warren General Employees Defined Benefit Retirement System Board of Trustees (“Board”) is seeking Requests for Proposals to secure a contract for investment consultant services. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to define the Board's minimum requirements, solicit proposals and to gain adequate information from which the Board may evaluate such services. The Board routinely tests the market for all consultants and advisor services as a part of its fiduciary responsibilities to assure that the Plan is being best served. This Request for Proposals does not reflect any dissatisfaction with the Plan's current Investment Consultant.
