RFP-W-7599 - HVAC Maintenance

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Warren is requesting proposals from professional heating and cooling service companies employed in the field of sales, maintenance, and repair of the specific brands of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment used by the City. These companies include Honeywell, Hydrotherm, McQuay, Trane, and York. Proposals will NOT be accepted from vendors who have not had factory authorized training by any of the aforementioned companies. It is the intent of these specifications to cover the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment used by the City at three (3) City buildings by factory-trained and –authorized personnel. With a view of obtaining the most acceptable services, these specifications cover only the general requirements. Recommendations from vendors are encouraged and will be reviewed and evaluated based on the best interest of the City.
