Summary of Specifications:
The City of Warren will receive sealed proposals for City Project WWTP-12-001. Generator Cooling Tower Replacement according to attached bid specification.

The project includes:

1. Dismantle and remove existing cooling equipment that is attached to the WWTP emergency standby 2.1 MW generator. 2. Procure replacement cooling equipment from Ecodyne Heat Exchangers. 3. Remove existing cooling equipment from the generator enclosure. 4. Install new cooling equipment inside of generator enclosure. 5. Restore the work site to original condition.
