Summary of Specifications:
The City of Warren is seeking formal bid quotations for the planting and maintenance of street trees throughout residential neighborhoods located within the City. The contract duration will be for two years which will include two spring planting seasons in 2009 and 2010. The City intends to plant approximately 1,000 trees per planting season. The contract, instructions to bidder, and other special requirements are hereby made part of these planting specifications.
