ITB-W-0268 - Furnish and Install Fully Adhered Roof System on Building D

The City is seeking electronic bids from qualified vendors to Furnish and Install a Fully Adhered EPDM Roof System on Building D at the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) located at 32360 Warkop, Warren, MI 48093 per the attached bid forms and specifications. This is the same specification as bid ITB-W-0189.  This project is being re-posted as ITB-W-0268 due to the fact that all bids exceeded the budgeted amount for this project.  Those who submitted a bid for ITB-W-0189 must submit a bid under ITB-W-0268 in order to be considered for award. 
All interested bidders, except those that attended heh mandatory pre-bid meeting for ITB-W-0189 on February 11, 2020, must have attended  the mandatory site visit scheduled for June 17th at 10:00 in order to be considered for award. A list of vendors who attended the mandatory pre-bid meting for ITB-W-0189 is shown under the documents tab.  All bids must be submitted electronically in order to be considered for award. Sealed bids will not be accepted.
