Summary of Specifications:
The City of Warren is seeking bids on a one year maintenance contract for our Fortis imaging software. Please see the last page for software licenses and amounts. Below are the requirements that MUST be met. 1. Bidders must be an authorized Westbrook partner. 2. Bidders must have authorized Westbrook technical personnel on your staff. 3. We require next business day on site technical support for disaster recovery or other Fortis software problems that can not be fixed by remote access. 4. We require technical support from 9AM to 5PM Monday through Friday via telephone and/or email. 5. Upon contract award, the successful bidder will upgrade our software within one month to the latest Fortis software version.
