Important Note to Vendors:
The City of Warren is soliciting quotes for staff shirts and jackets with an embroidered logo. All articles will be embroidered with a one color stitched logo on the front left chest. The two logos that will be used are attached. We are asking for a price on “one each”, however quantities will range from 0-12 pieces per article, depending on staff orders. Please note that the hooded sweatshirt will be a one color, full front, silk screened item.

Your quote must include all set up fees, art charges, screen charges and delivery.
