Summary of Specifications:
It is the City’s intention to demolish the vacant, dilapidated, one story house, 44’ x 23’ (1012 sq. ft.). Wood and aluminum siding with block basement. Block garage, 23’ x 24’ (552 sq. ft.). Concrete slab 10’ x 12’ and one row of block on west side of garage. Tree limbs and branches at rear of garage and west side of yard and other misc. debris to be removed under a Nuisance Abatement Program, in order to remove a source of neighborhood blight. Owner may effect removal before the job is complete.
