It is the City’s intention to demolish vacant, dilapidated two story aluminum/asbestos slate house 25’ x 40’ with crawl space. Wood garage 22’ x 22’. Remove 6’ high wood trellis at front city walk. Remove 6’ metal light pole, 6’ diameter cinder block flower in front yard. Remove 100’ of 6’ high wood fence, south and east side of lot, materials and debris throughout rear yard. 40’ of 6’ high wood fence attached to 4’ chain link at west property line. Numerous shrubs around front and east side of home and miscellaneous debris at: 8315 Cadillac, which is under a Nuisance Abatement Program in order to remove a source of neighborhood blight.
