It is the City’s intention to demolish the Vacant, Dilapidated, and Decaying, One Story House, with rain shield asphalt siding, 45’x 25’ (1125 sq. ft) with block foundation. Wood shed, 8’x10’ in rear yard. Seventy feet of chain link fence across East property line. Remove all misc. debris under a Nuisance Abatement Program in order to remove a source of neighborhood blight. Owner may effect removal before the job is complete.
