It is the City’s intention to demolish the one story house 27’ x 24’ with vinyl siding, foundation sinking, garage 26’ x 22’ with vinyl siding. 47’ of 4’ high chain link fence across front of property line & 15’ of 4’ chain link fence between house and garage. 6’ x 8’ porch enclosure. Rear wall bowed outward – structural problems. Bathroom floor joist damaged and unsound and miscellaneous debris at: 24035 Eureka under a Nuisance Abatement Program in order to remove a source of neighborhood blight.
