It is the City’s intention to demolish the vacant, dilapidated, one story house 24’ x 30’ with wood frame with asbestos slate siding, main house has block crawl space. Rear porch 4’ x 4’ open rear area block and slab porch. Cyclone fence 60’ x 4’ at south property lines. Two steel clothes line poles, 12’ x 5’ block and slab front porch with roof over it and remove other miscellaneous debris at: 21009 Helle under a Nuisance Abatement Program in order to remove a source of neighborhood blight.
