RFP-W-7314 - Consultant, V-8 Van Dyke Eight Mile Gateway

Summary of Specifications:
A primary goal of the V-8 Van Dyke Eight Mile Gateway Collaborative is to create a Façade Improvement Grant program that will serve as the basis of a long term, self funded, sustainable program. The first step is envisioned to be a program which sets the basis for good, consistent design in the area by creating design guidelines, and the creation of a funding mechanism to allow the V-8 Collaborative to provide the technical assistance to achieve these guidelines to business owners free of charge. The next step is envisioned to be development of a program which will allow the V-8 Collaborative to provide low interests loans, or matching grants to achieve the physical construction of improved facades, such as a revolving loan program
