Summary of Specifications:
The City of Warren is seeking a professional appraiser to assist in the defense of real property assessments for two (2) properties (gas stations with convenience stores). The scope of work includes consulting with the City Assessor, preparation of an appraisal report to be used in the defense of the assessment before the Michigan Tax Tribunal, and expert witness testimony before the Tax Tribunal and any other court of competent jurisdiction.
