Summary of Specifications:
The City of Warren receives Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The City allocates a portion of this funding for the construction of new single-family homes. The City of Warren will receive sealed bids from builders licensed with the State of Michigan for the construction of six (6) new single-family homes in compliance with all applicable City codes, ordinances and the specifications and plans provided. The homes will be constructed on the following properties located in the City of Warren: 8402 Sherman, 8292 Meadow, 1999 Goulson, 23043 Willard, 23500 Wagner, and 21021 Helle
