ITB-W-8663 - CISCO Hardware and Software Maintenance

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Warren is seeking bids on a maintenance contract for our Cisco equipment. Please see the pricing pages for hardware to be included. Below are the requirements that MUST be met. 1. Provider must be a Cisco Gold partner. 2. Provider must have Cisco CCIE routing and switching certified personnel on your staff and no more than two hours away from our location. 3.Provider must have Cisco CCIE voice certified personnel on your staff and no more than two hours away from our location (Warren City Hall). 4. Provider must stock and have available at a location no more than two hours away from our location, at least one spare of each type of equipment on our equipment list. 5. The City requires 24 hour by 7 days by 4 hour response time on hardware issues. 6. The City requires technical support from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday via telephone and/or email. 7. Upon award of the contract, Provider must perform a network evaluation and furnish us a copy of any drawings and documentation of our network. The City’s internal staff will assist in any way we can.
