Summary of Specifications:
It is expected that the predemolition inspection of three (3) dilapidated single-family homes will be needed during the initial one (1) year contract period. The homes will be owned by the City or another public body engaged in the production of affordable housing and other neighborhood revitalization activities. In addition to RACMs, the inspection must identify the amount of any Category II nonfriable asbestos containing material that is present that removal methods might crumble, pulverize or reduce to powder, including asbestos containing shingles (roofing or siding), even if it has been covered over by another product. It is anticipated that the size of these homes will be less than 1,500 square feet. Typically, the homes are in the range of 600 square feet to 1,200 square feet.
