Summary of Specifications:
• The City of Warren Wastewater Treatment Division is soliciting bids from companies who can supply the equipment herein specified to be used to construct a Total Suspended Solids Control System including installation, start-up and training services as defined in the technical specifications. • The Control System shall operate on the principle of light absorption. • The Control System must be capable of providing real time waste activated sludge concentration data which will be used to control the solids retention time in the secondary activated sludge process. • The system shall be equipped with two (2) Royce Technologies Suspended Solids Analyzers, Model 7011A. • The system shall be equipped with two (2) Royce Technologies Medium Range In-Line Sensors, Model 76A. • One sensor to be installed in the waste activated sludge (WAS) east plant line and one sensor to be installed in the waste activated sludge (WAS) west plant west plant line by others. • The system shall equipped with two (2) Royce Technologies Jet Self-Cleaning Systems, Model JCT.
