Summary of Specifications:
The City of Warren is seeking an ambulance billing service that is efficient and effective. The City believes that leading-edge technology and performance incentives are key elements to ensuring a successful billing service. The City desires to enter into a contract with a private sector organization for the purpose of providing ambulance billing, collection and reporting and or any related billing services for fire department emergency response services.
