Important Note to Vendors:
The City of Warren is soliciting quotes for t-shirts with silk screen imprint. Quote must include all screen charges, set up fees, art charges and delivery. All garments using light color or white ink are required to have 2 coats or 2 hits of ink, with a flash dry between each coat. Order will be randomly checked upon delivery. If the ink on the garments is not fully cured, delivery will not be accepted, and the order will be cancelled. All t-shirts are short sleeved. A total of 10 screens will be needed for this order, 1 Back, 1 sleeve, & 8 front screens. A screen list is attached.
