Important Note to Vendors:
The City of Warren is soliciting quotes for t-shirts with silk screen imprint. Quotes must include all screen charges, set up fees, art charges and delivery. All garments using light color or white ink are required to have 2 coats or 2 hits of ink, with a flash dry between each coat. Order will be randomly checked upon delivery. If the ink on the garments is not fully cured, delivery will not be accepted, and order will be cancelled.

All shirts are short sleeved. A total of 15 screens will be needed for this order; 9 front, 4 back, 1 sleeve and 1 for the hat. Please note items 4-13 have the same front screen, items 9-13 have the same back screen and the sleeve screen in the same on all garments.
