Summary of Specifications:
59,000calendars, 32 pages + 4 page cover, 24” X 12” trim and fold to finished size 12” X 12", City to provide design & layout. Vendor shall be responsible to sort and bundle calendars to allow for Postal Patron Saturation Walk Sequence delivery by the Warren Post Office, or the lowest cost alternative for the City of Warren. This may entail sorting by carrier route sequence or other manners as necessary. Vendor shall be thoroughly familiar with postal regulations. City will furnish the postage permit number which will be printed on the cover of the publication.
