Summary of Specifications:
The bid proposal will be for Upholstery of Library Chairs and Stools in accordance with specifications. 

F.O.B. inside deliver, freight paid to 510 West Big Beaver, Troy, MI 48084 

A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of 10% of the bid amount must accompany the bid to insure the bid. The two lowest unsuccessful bidders will have their bid surety returned after the bid award. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. The bid surety will be returned to the successful bidder upon full completion of this project in accordance with specifications. All other bidders will have their bid deposits returned within 72 hours after the bid has been opened.
