Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals to FURNISH ALL LABOR, TOOLS, AND EQUIPMENT INCLUDING CRANES TO REMOVE & DISPOSE OF OLD PUMPS AND REPLACE THE PUMP STATION WITH NEW PUMPS AT SYLVAN GLEN GOLF COURSE will be received by the City of Troy at the City Clerk’s Office, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 

A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $4,000.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. The two lowest unsuccessful bidders will have their bid surety returned after the bid award. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. The bid surety will be returned to the successful bidder upon submission of the specified acceptable Performance, Labor and Material Payment, and two-year Maintenance Bonds in accordance with specifications. 

SITE INSPECTION:Bidders should examine the sites to determine the amount of work to be done in accordance with the specifications. If a bidder does not make a site inspection, that bidder, accepts full responsibility and risk for any errors or omissions in his/her bid proposal.
