Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 until THURSDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2025 at 10:00 AM, EST, after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the specified Zoom Meeting listed on page 3 of the Instruction to Bidders. Bid responses are not accepted via fax transmission. Electronic Bid Submission only. Late bid submittals will not be accepted.
