Summary of Specifications:
Sealed bid proposals for a ROOF REPLACEMENT OF THE SYLVAN GLEN, GOLF COURSE PRO SHOP AND RESTAURANT LOCATED AT 5725 ROCHESTER RD., TROY, MI 48085 bids will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 until Wednesday, November 5, 2003, at 2:00 PM, after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Troy City Offices.

MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 22, 2003, at 2:00 p.m. at the Sylvan Glen Golf Course 5725 Rochester Road Troy, MI 48085. Roof will be available for inspection during this meeting.

The bid proposals will be for Roofing the Sylvan Glen Pro Shop and Restaurant as specified.
