Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals to FURNISH ALL MATERIAL, LABOR, AND EQUIPMENT TO REMOVE EXISTING LIGHTING AND INSTALL A NEW SPORT LIGHTING SYSTEM ON FOUR (4) BALL DIAMONDS AT FLYNN PARK will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 

A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $5,000.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. The two lowest unsuccessful bidders will have their bid surety returned after the bid award. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
