Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 until THURSDAY, September 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM, EDT after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the specified Zoom Meeting listed on Page 3 of the Instructions to Bidders. Bid responses are not accepted via fax transmission. Electronic Bid Submissions only. Late submittals will not be accepted.
