Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals to complete the City of Troy PARKING LOT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084. 

A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $2,500.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Bidders should examine the sites to determine the amount of work to be done in accordance with the specifications.
