ITB-COT 05-37 ParkLotMa - Parking Lot Maintenance Program

Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals to complete the City of Troy Parking Lot Maintenance Program will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084. 

A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $2,500.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. The bid surety will be returned to the successful bidder upon submission of the specified acceptable Performance, Labor and Material Payment, and one-year Maintenance Bonds in accordance with specifications.
