Sealed bid proposals for a MUSEUM RAMP AND STAIR REPLACMENT INCLUDING MASONRY will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084
NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for THURSDAY JULY 28, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. LOCATED AT THE TROY MUSEUM, 60 W. WATTLES, TROY, MI 48098. The site will be available for inspection during this meeting. It Is Strongly Recommended That Interested Companies Attend This Meeting
A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $4,000.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. The two lowest unsuccessful bidders will have their bid surety returned after the bid award. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. The bid surety will be returned to the successful bidder upon submission of the specified acceptable Performance, Labor and Material Payment Bonds, and an executed two (2) year Maintenance Bond in accordance with specifications. All other bidders will have their bid deposits returned within 72 hours after the bid has been opened.
