Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals for DUCT CLEANING, AND TESTING, ADJUSTING, AND BALANCING SERVICES OF THE LEAD CONTAMINATED GUN RANGE VENTILATION SYSTEM will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084
PRE-BID MEETING: A PRE-BID MEETING IS SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 2004, AT 2:00 P.M. A walk-through will be conducted during the course of the meeting. IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT INTERESTED COMPANIES ATTEND THIS MEETING.
A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $4,000.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. The two lowest unsuccessful bidders will have their bid surety returned after the bid award. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
The bid surety will be returned to the successful bidder upon submission of the specified acceptable Performance, and Labor and Material Payment Bonds in accordance with specifications. All other bidders will have their bid deposits returned within 72 hours after the bid has been opened.
