Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals for FIVE (5) YEAR REQUIREMENTS OF FOOD SERVICE AT THE TROY COMMUNITY CENTER AND SANCTUARY LAKE GOLF COURSE WITH AN OPTION TO RENEW FOR FIVE (5) ADDITIONAL YEARS will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for TUESDAY, JULY 25, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. at the Troy Community Center, 3179 Livernois, Room 402, Troy, MI 48083. Both facilities will be available for inspection after the meeting. It is strongly recommended that a representative of your company attend this meeting.
A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $5,000.00 must accompany the proposal to insure the proposal. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
SITE REVIEW: It shall be the responsibility of each bidder to review the location to determine what set-up and facilities exist. Arrangements to review site and facilities can be made by contacting Mr. Kraig Schmottlach, Community Center Manager, at (248) 524-3484 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or Mr. Jake Pilat, Director of Golf Operations, at 248-524-3362.
