RFP-040325-001 - CDBG Weddel St. Sewer Repair

The City of Taylor is soliciting bids for CDBG Weddel St. Sewer Repair. This is a Federally Funded construction project and is subject to compliance with all applicable Federal Labor Standards, but is exempt from Davis Bacon Act.

Replace damaged sewer line from inside the house to the curb with new PVC pipe. Includes excavation, pipe replacement, concrete and landscape restoration, and code compliance.

Per local policy both a performance and payment bond equivalent to the full value of this contract will ONLY be required (prior to beginning work) if the contract amount exceeds $50,000. Taxes and permit fees DO apply.
