Description

The City of Taylor is soliciting sealed proposals for the CDBG Murray, Emmett & Forest HMA Resurfacing Project (RFP-062025-001). This is a federally funded project and funded through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and is subject to Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements.

Work is anticipated to begin on or around August 1, 2025, with substantial completion expected by October 1, 2025.
