Description

The City of Taylor is soliciting bids for CDBG Buck St. Roof and Window Replacement. This is a Federally Funded construction project and is subject to compliance with all applicable Federal Labor Standards, but is exempt from Davis Bacon Act.

Complete roof replacement with new shingles, underlayment, vents, and flashing. Install energy-efficient vinyl windows with Low-E coating. All work must meet code and be field-verified.

Per local policy both a performance and payment bond equivalent to the full value of this contract will ONLY be required (prior to beginning work) if the contract amount exceeds $50,000. Taxes and permit fees DO apply.
