The City of Sterling Heights, Macomb County, Michigan, will receive sealed bids until Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. for the 2019 Sidewalk Gap Completion Program, City Project #18-303 at the Office of the City Clerk, 40555 Utica Road, Sterling Heights, Michigan, 48313, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to cold-mill approximately 42,131 s.f. of sidewalk and to perform other associated work as itemized in the proposal.
A cashier's check or bid bond payable to the City of Sterling Heights, Macomb County, Michigan, in amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, labor and material, and maintenance and guarantee bonds.
