ITB-SH19-CP19-337 - 19 Mile Road Resurfacing – Schoenherr Road to Hayes Road, CP 19-337

The City of Sterling Heights, Macomb County, Michigan, will receive sealed bids until Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. for the subject project at the Office of the City Clerk, 40555 Utica Road, Sterling Heights, Michigan, 48313, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to cold-mill approximately 21,200 s.y. of concrete and asphalt pavement, paving approximately 9,700 tons of asphalt and to perform other associated work as itemized in the proposal.

​A cashier's check or bid bond payable to the City of Sterling Heights, Macomb County, Michigan, in amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid.

The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, labor and material, and maintenance and guarantee bonds.
