The City of Sterling Heights, Macomb County, Michigan, will receive sealed bids until Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. for the subject project at the Office of the City Clerk, 40555 Utica Road, Sterling Heights, Michigan, 48313, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The project includes pavement milling of the existing roadway, HMA base repairs, curb and gutter, HMA resurfacing, drainage improvements, utility structure reconstructs, sidewalk ADA repairs, concrete drive approach removal and replacement and bridge deck repairs on 17 Mile Road from Utica Rd to the Bridge over Plumbrook Drain and on Stadler Road from Saal Road to Hayes Road as shown in the plans and specifications.
A cashier's check or bid bond payable to the City of Sterling Heights, Macomb County, Michigan, in amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, labor and material, and maintenance and guarantee bonds.
