Additional Bidding Instructions

The Proposer shall submit four (4) copies of its proposal in a sealed envelope, addressed as noted above, bearing the proposer’s name and address clearly marked, “RFP – PROFESSIONAL CODE ENFORCEMENT SERVICES." Any and all proposals shall be submitted using the Detailed Proposal Cover Sheet included as Attachment C. The Detailed Cost Proposal shall be submitted in a separate sealed envelope contained within the proposal package.
