The bid will be for the furnishing and delivering of turf chemicals. All quantities stated, unless indicated otherwise are estimates and the City reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity at the unit price bid as best fits its needs. Bids shall include all charges for delivery, packing, crating, government fees, etc. unless otherwise stated in bid document. Bid openings are held at City Hall, 27600 Jefferson Avenue, St. Clair Shores, MI 48081. The City of St. Clair Shores reserves the right to accept or reject all bids, either in part or in whole, to waive any formalities and to accept the bid which it believes to be in the best interest of the City.
