The proposed project is for the construction of approximately 4475 LFT of new sidewalk in the unimproved right of way of Superior Avenue from Waverly Subdivision to Lions Park. The proposed project also consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 930 SFT of existing sidewalk flags from Waverly Subdivision to Reeck Road. This work will include items such as: Soil Erosion Silt Fence, Clearing, Culvert Removal and Installation, Structure Adjustment, Swale Grading and Restoration. The project anticipated start date, weather permitting, is August 28, 2023 and is to be substantially completed by September 29, 2023.
