Bidders must visit site prior to submission to calculate quantities of material as those provided are estimates only. A site walk-through is scheduled for Thursday, February 15, 2024 at 10am. Please meet in front lobby of City Hall located at 14400 Dix-Toledo Road at 10am. If you cannot attend on that date please contact Ray Parker at 734-759-1600 to coordinate a walk-thru with City Staff, a Site visit Affidavit is attached to the RFP and is required for all bidders to be submitted with their proposals.
