Description

There are a total of 43 locations throughout the City of Southfield that require furnishing
(bench & trash receptacle) installations and/or concrete installation. The majority of these
installations will be located at existing bus stops. Furnishings will be supplied to the contractor by
the City. All furnishings are stored at the DPW yard (25501 Clara Lane, Southfield, MI 48034) and
will need to be picked up and transported to each installation site. MDOT Permits have been
obtained by the City. Road Commission of Oakland County Permits have been applied for and are
approved upon payment.
The attached documents will provide written and visual installation instructions for reference.

perform a site visit prior to submitting your final bid.
Expected Project Completion Date: Late Spring/Early Summer 2025
