RFP-RH-07-029 - Yard Maintenance Service for CDBG Block Grant Funded

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills and Older Persons’ Commission requires YARD MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDED YARD SERVICES PROGRAM – FALL 2007 AND SPRING 2008 for qualified residents 62 years of age and older and handicapped residents to the extent that CDBG funds are available. There will be a Fall 2007 Cleanup and a Spring 2008 Cleanup. Services include a one time leaf removal and disposal, lawn cutting, lawn trimming and removal of debris on walkways and driveways in established yard and lawn areas. Work must be performed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Procedure will be as follows: A list of residents requiring this service will be made available to the contractor at the beginning of the contract from the Older Persons’ Commission located at 650 Letica Drive, Rochester, Michigan 48307.
