Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills wishes to engage an experienced, professional and qualified firm(s) and/or individual(s) to administer and perform wellness program administration including health risk assessments and related wellness services for the employees of the City of Rochester Hills and their participating dependents. It is the City's desire to hire a qualified firm that can confidentially and objectively administer and evaluate health risk assessments and health screening data, as well as assist management in the design of incentive-based programs to promote health maintenance and provide support for at-risk health conditions. The consultant will administer the day-to-day aspects of the program, provide reports and analysis to assess the on-going health status of the organization, furnish all required labor, materials, supplies and travel required in connection with the program. The City expects that the contractor's staff will include individuals with expertise in healthcare practice and wellness promotion, as well as governmental and technical report writing.
