The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, testing, administration and supervision to Close an Underground used Oil Tank in Place at the Department of Public Services, Maintenance Garage, 511 East Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI, 48307.
If you are interested in providing a quotation, please fill in the following information and, mail, fax or submit online, no later than the due date of Thursday, November 13, 2014 @ 3:00 p.m. EST. All hardcopy (mailed or faxed) quotations shall be directed to the attention of Debbie Scully, CPPB, Senior Purchasing Analyst, Phone: 248.841.2539; Fax 248.608.8178, City of Rochester Hills, Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 or submitted online through the MITN website.
A site visit will be held on Monday, November 3, 2014 @ 10:00 a.m. EST at the Department of Public Services, Maintenance Garage, 511 East Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307 to become familiar with the premises specified, view the current condition of the work area, to become familiar with the work to be performed according to the contract and specifications and to provide a forum for questions/answers. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to determine quantities of any special materials and equipment required and incorporate any such items in his/her cost. While the site visit is not mandatory, it is the only time available to view the site and is highly recommended.

All questions shall be made in writing by Tuesday, November 4, 2014 @ 11:30 a.m. EST in order that a written response in the form of an addendum can be prepared before the quotations are due. Questions are not to be directed to other City employees. Questions received after the date and time above will not be considered.
